 As discussed in IRC:

   This patch:

   * adds the column artist_sortkey to the music_artists table, initially
 populating it with the contents of artist_name.
   * adds the 'Sort Artist' field to music-ui.xml to allow editing the
 contents of artist_sortkey
   * makes required updates to mythmusic database schema
