 You basically have three options.

 A) Recompile MythTV yourself with the patch applied
 B) Persuade a developer to backport the patch for #1153 to 0.20-fixes
 which would then be included in later packages
 C) Wait for the next release

 I do not use those packages myself so I can't know for sure, but the
 package names suggest that they have been created from the 0.20-fixes
 branch. And the fix for #1153 has not been committed to that branch.
