 For those who have difficulty with the channel icon scripts, or want high
 resolution icons (my case), it would be great to have a field for entering
 file paths to channel icons in the TV settings from the MythWeb UI.
 Entering those manually through mythtv-setup gets old really fast!  A
 small feature like this would be greatly appreciated!
