 function SetInputAndFormat in (./libs/libmythtv/channel.cpp) not worked (i
 have two color format (PAL and SECAM)) and i see from my log - device
 busy(16) [[BR]]
 ivtv_1.0 not have API functions STREAMOF and STREAMON :(
