Log:

Give the weather screen containers areas, should fix a blank screen bug
or segfault for those themes using the default weather-ui.xml

I've moved some background images into the background container, these
backgrounds don't work so well with the 3 day, 6 day and 18hour
screens but it's just temporary since I'll be converting mythweather
to mythui soon anyway.
