 Changeset 14933 introduced the use of OSD themes not at 640x480, such as
 the metallurgy theme at 1280x720.  DVD Subtitles work perfectly well with
 this theme but VBI closed captions appear about half-sized.  I understand
 the OSD theme does not control the captions in any way, but I believe the
 captions are being displayed with the assumption that the OSD should be
 640x480.
