 Mythtranscode has been modified to be able to extract teletext subtitle
 into a .srt file. New option -t added to support this.
 This srt file can then be fed into the mythburn.py script. This script
 will then use spumux to add the subtile into the final dvd output.
 More work still has to be done on this as follows:
 -support for different subtitle formats
 -allow subtitle font to be defined. (current version expects to find the
 FreeSans.ttf found is the .spumux directory.
