 The attached patch to mythflix.cpp and mythflix.h adds the
 following:[[BR]]
 - Added a Browse Menu that activates when M is pressed[[BR]]
 - Added "Show Netflix Page" item to the Browse menu that launches
 Mythbrowser to show the Netflix page for the selected movie
