 The attached patch to mythflixqueue.cpp and mythflixqueue.h adds the
 following:
 - Added "Show Netflix Page" item to the Queue menu that launches
 Mythbrowser to show the Netflix page for the selected movie
 - Fixes a bug that would cause the frontend to crash when either the 1 or
 D button was pushed before the menu had been displayed.
 - The Menu now displays when the M key is pressed
