 I see a visualizer crash in mythmusic, too. It is only related to the
 plugins synaesthesia and gforce from the libvisual package. Since the
 libvisual version didn't change I suggest the problem is related to
 mythtv. These plugins work for me: Goo, Jess, Jakdaw, Projectm, Gears
