 (In [14350]) Makes a start on fixing a number of issues and bugs in the
 revamped mythweather.

 * Don't use MENU to save settings changes, adds a Finish button instead
 for better consistency with other areas of MythTV.
 * Don't hard code strings in the theme files but allow them to be
 translated (screen settings page)
 * In the source setting page, always select the first item in the list on
 loading.
 * Minor cleanup
