 When watching DVD ISO image, then when I rewind, then resume to play
 mythtv hangs up and I have to restart.  The rewinding works fine up to the
 point that P (play/pause) is pressed.  Attached is a snippet of the log
 with -v all.  The "AddSamples FAILED" message repeats until killed.  Based
 on the messages in the log not sure where to begin debugging.
