 The Preview generator in threaded mode can fail on newly generated
 recordings.
 This can cause 2 minute lockups or with new ffmpeg update, infinite lockup
 and requires a kill to recover.
 This is because some basename filename conversions have the / preceding
 and others dont. Obviously an oversight.
 simple fix. patch attached.
