 Compiling on Mac OS X with --enable-lirc and the default apple remote
 enabled results in a compilation failure.

 mythtv/libs/libmyth tries to include lircevent.o into the library twice,
 resulting in a duplicate symbol error.

 The attached patch fixes libmyth.pro so that it only includes lircevent
 once in this case.
