 It is currently not possible to set the suggested mythfilldatabase time
 interval to intervals where the minimum hour is bigger than the maximum
 hour. In these cases mythfilldatabase and housekeeping are simply not run.
 Examples are the valid intervals 23 - 6 and 4 - 1. It should be possible
 to use these intervals. The attached patch implements this.
