 (In [11350]) Refs #2453. Apply HDHomeRun QAM patch to SVN Head.

 This requires the release version of the firmware to work (21-09-2006 or
 later).

 Keeping the ticket open for possible backport to 0.20-fixes (this is a
 pretty simple patch).
