 The attached patch incorporates MythMovies as an official plugin. It
 imports the MythMovies code into the appropriate place in the SVN tree and
 modifies the configure script to treat it like a regular plugin. This
 patch is related to ticket 2475, which modifies the menu entries to show
 the mythmovies plugin if installed.
