 If 'this frontend's ip' and the master ip are not entered, exactly the
 same then the real master backend does not become a master. Specifically,
 when you enter the ip 127.0.0.1 as this backend's ip, and a different one
 as the master ip. There should be some kind of simple checkbox that says
 'This is the master backend.'
