Comment:

 Incomplete logs. Please attach a "-v channel,siparser,record" from tuning
 to a known good channel and reopen the ticket.

 Try deleting and recreating the card first, and then rescaning your input
 with the built in scanner, upgrading from 0.17 includes a lot of changes
 to the DVB setup.
