Comment:

 Since the regexps are rather expensive we should separate the encoding
 fixup and the parsing of the EIT description. They will match nothing in
 the DVB-T EIT of Pro7 or Sat.1. Encoding fixups are in #2452.

 The regexps need certainly still some work. The subtitle for Premiere is
 bad. I will post a updated patch.
