 I am seeing the same thing here (PAL, Germany, DVB-C, channel ORF1). It is
 off by 50/60 (OSD shows real length * 50/60). It only happens on one
 channel and only with recordings done by 0.20 (old 0.19 recordings are
 OK). I can provide sample file, if wanted.
