 I replied to your email Bradley but it doesn't seem to have made it to the
 ticket yet.

 However, I have accidentally discovered a workaround to the problem.  I
 paused my LiveTV earlier for a few seconds (currently on approx 5 second
 delay) and I have not had the prebuffer issue since.  I will let you know
 if it returns.
