Log:

Revert [11228].  Bruce pointed out the case where the user is sorting the
recordings list on the recpriority field and the fact that the scheduled
recording editor updates the recpriority for existing recordings.  After
checking ScheduledRecording::save(), I see it also updates the playgroup
field so we do need to do an uncached FillList() after editting a scheduled
recording.
