 when scanning a satellite, an 8psk transponder is flagged as "qpsk_8"
 which causes the scan to fail with an error "DVBTuning Warning: Invalid
 constellation/modulation parameter 'qpsk_8', falling back to 'auto'" and
 it does not lock.
