 Attached patch updates Orlando, FL channels and several superstations.
 (Now that it's easier to update.  :)

  * removes trailing slash from URL's in baseurl.txt to prevent double
 slashes in path (although it doesn't hurt, when users see double slashes
 and something else causes a failure, they tend to blame the slashes)
  * adds Orlando, FL local station logos
  * adds several "Superstation" logos
  * updates affected channels to CW/MYTV networks as appropriate (may be a
 week or more premature for some, but close enough)
  * uses "IND" for network name for independent stations (i.e. WSBK was a
 UPN station, but did not affiliate with CW or MYTV, and is now an
 independent station)
