Log:

Add datetime fields last_record and last_delete to the record table.
These are updated when recordings start and when deleted. These will
be used for future enhancements not included here. However, this data
is gathered over time so including these in 0.20 will populate users
data for 0.21.

Also, for overrides, store the parentid as the 'recorded.recordid' so
that override recorded files are associated with the parent record rule.
