 I have write a patch to add a --no-icon-update command line option to
 mythfilldatabase. This option is useful if you not want to use the logos
 from the xmltv graber and you had changed the database to use your own
 logos.

 (I have never written a patch like this before, I hope I did no too much
 wrong)
