 I have a Hauppauge WinTV-PVR 150.  I recently upgraded from 0.19 to 0.20
 using the debs from http://www.debian-multimedia.org sid.  Unfortunately,
 with the new version, recordings and live TV are in black and white about
 66% of the time.

 That is, it seems that each time a different channel is chosen, there is
 about a 66% chance there will be no colour.  Reverting back to version
 0.19 results in a colour picture 100% of the time.
