 Yep, #2477 was a different problem.
 There are actually two related problems that this ticket is for:
  * Frames are miscounted because we are not parsing the PES packet enough
 and  instead just look for magic byte sequences.
  * MythTV still assumes that the framerate is constant throughout the
 recording, but this is often not the case with HDTV transmissions.
