Log:

Fixes #2568. Updates ivtv version requirement for Dual MPEG2 layer 2 audio. This was added to the old ivtv drivers in cvs after the last 0.1.x release, but and after 0.2.x, so this really requires at least 0.4.0 (post merge) in the released drivers (as opposed to cvs drivers).
