 The keys bound to PAGEUP and PAGEDOWN do not function within the OSD menu.
 This was not a noticeable problem until the new Jump to Program feature
 appeared with 0.20; those with dozens or hundreds of recorded programs now
 must scroll through them one by one instead of a pageful at a time.
