 Stuart,

 Your latest patch (ticket2528-netid0-eit.diff) doesn't fix the situation
 at all.
 However, the previous patch from Antti, does fix the problem. This case is
 exactly the same as #2268 and the above mentioned patch fixes also my case
 completely.
