 In case program table contains starttimes from the past or distant future,
 web page loading may take long time. In my case there were items from 1996
 to 2032, maybe from corrupted DVB-S stream. The program list page was over
 2MB.

 This patch shows date items max 7 days before and 30 days ahead of current
 date.

 Applies to 0.20 stable branch.
