 The text subtitle font is very unreadable on my wide-screen 28" TV,
 especially against a light background. This patch improves the visiblity
 by using a bold font, black outline and a black vertical shadow. I think
 this setting is suitable for everyone as it looks good on my 19" display,
 and on about 85" projector screen.

 The font file should be copied to 'themes' subdir in 'mythtv' dir.
