Log:

Explicitly set non-toggle MythPushButtons to be non-toggle buttons.  The Qt
docs say that unless you turn on the toggle feature that a button is not a
toggle button, but it appears that isToggleButton() is returning true for
non-toggle buttons and causing segfaults in MythPushButton::toggleText()
for a few people when clicking on non-toggle buttons.
