 I was working on a theme and trying to figure out why a button didn't haev
 a watermark. I went looked at buttontypes.txt in the themes directory but
 that was of no help. So I had to read through other themes to try and
 figure out the missing buttondef. It would be alot simpler if
 buttontypes.txt were up to date.
 dvd: EJECT button not listed
 Also mytharchive buttondef's, haven't gotten around to looking/searching
 for those yet.
