Log:

Fixes the transport editor wrt to non-DVB driver transport editing.

Three problems are fixed in this changeset:
 1/ The editor only showed any data if a DVB device was connected.
 2/ The editor presented HDHomeRun and HDTV transports as analog transports not as ATSC transports.
 3/ The editor showed DVB-S frequencies as being in Hz, when they are actually in kHz.
