Log:

Added a "VIEWVIDEOSOURCE" key ("C") on the Upcoming Recordings
page to highlight recordings associated with a video source. This
is similar to "VIEWCARD". Now Y and C change the card and source
view in viewscheduled just as Y and C change the card and input
in Live TV.
