Comment:

 (In [9993]) Fixes #1765. Improves the DVD menu scaling logic.

 With this patch from David Asher, different video display sizes are
 compensated for.

 Letterboxing Zoom, Manual Zoom, and overscan/undescan are still not
 handled correctly.
