 MythPhone currently has a working driver to Festival TTS.  This could be
 called by MythFrontend to speak items selected on the screen or other
 status messages.

 These features could be controled via the theme interface so that someone
 could choose to turn off the messages or add addional detail.

 VXML supprt may be needed in themes to get best / most inteligable speech
 output.

 Of corse this would make MythTV accessible to blind users.
