Comment:

 Doesn't apply to current SVN since I moved a lot of the logic from
 jobqueue.cpp to inside mythtranscode.  I'm also going to use another
 version of this patch in #1747 which honors the DeletesFollowLinks setting
 so I'm closing this ticket.
