Log:

Fixes a chicken and egg problem with setting up a DVB card with a correct default input.

The input probe was trying get the device name based on the cardid, but the cardid wasn't saved until the card config was.The result was that unless you explicitly set the defaultinput in the DiSEqC panel the card would be saved with the default defaultinput of 'Television', which never exists on a DVB card.
