Comment:

 The best thing to do with these types of problems is to create a small
 sample file containing the error. Then if it crashes in an up to date
 mplayer report the error directly to the ffmpeg dev list; if it only
 crashes mythtv, reopen the ticket with a link to the small sample file.
 Small here meaning 5 seconds before and after the problem packet.
