 The attached patch make the udev script contrib/mythtv_udev_monitor.sh
 more robust after a frontend crash.  If mythfrontend crashes and doesn't
 delete the /tmp/mythtv_media fifo udev will fail during the next reboot,
 causing device files to not be created properly.

 I've changed the udev script to check for the existence of
 /tmp/mythtv_media and a running instance of mythfrontend.  This should
 prevent udev from blocking during the early boot stage.
