 I was trying to get my key binding to work but got a bit frustrated when I
 was hitting ESC a few times and then it asked me to save or exit.  Both
 choices exit and doesn't let you fix the error you just made.  There
 should 3 choices : Save, Exit amd edit.  I would prefer something a bit
 longer like "Save and exit", "Cancel and exit" and "Continue to edit".

 I classified the type as enhancement, which seems a UI malfunction.  But
 not important enough to be a defect.
