 When watching live tv goto guide and tried to jump to channel 321 takes
 over 40 seconds then guide jumps to channel 3

 escaping from guide to go back to live tv is also slow.

 Over all, Watching live tv is a pain.  In 0.18.1 live tv started with 4
 seconds of selecting "watch TV"/  0.19 it takes over 10 seconds.
