Log:

Added a priority factor for shows that are identified as being
shown only once in the current listings. This is not required
and the default is "0". However, this improves the chance that
a show will record in it's only available time slot by boosting
it's priority relative to other shows with multiple showings.

Also, clean up when setting first/last in mfdb.
