 In order to check the performance of a commflagger, it is convenient to
 compare its mythcommflag --outputfile to a outputfile that is known to be
 correct. In order to properly compare two outputs, one needs to know the
 total length of the file.

 this patch simply adds the total framecount to the --outputfile output.
