Added 6 day screen and redesigned 3 day screen, screens available here,

Wrote ndfd.pl to gather 6 days of data, you can enter either a station id or
lat/lon with the caveat that some of the station ids don't have corresponding
lat/lon in the xml file provided by NWS, I hope to remedy this at some point.
