 With mythbackend now building and running on Mac OS X, and the work done
 to enable Firewire capture support from Settop Boxes it should now be
 possible to expand support for other Capture devices.

 The ConvertX box from Plextor is already sold as a 'macintosh compatible'
 device (meaning it comes with EyeTV which supports it), there are also
 already available opensource Linux USB drivers for this device. It should
 be possible to work with the linux code to establish basic support (a la
 Linux) for this device (and possibly other GO7007 based USB devices).
